Digital Products

All digital downloads (PDFs, wallpapers, sticker sheets, etc.) are non-refundable once delivered, due to their instant-access nature.

If you experience issues accessing a digital file, email us — we’ll fix the problem.

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand)

We partner with print-on-demand services (e.g., Printify / Printful).
Refunds or replacements are provided if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The product is incorrect
  • There is a manufacturing defect

To request a replacement, email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the issue

We cannot refund:

  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Incorrect addresses entered during checkout
  • Minor variations in color or print

Cancellations

Most print-on-demand orders cannot be canceled after production begins. Email us immediately if you need to cancel.
