It means while everyone else is busy fussing over nonsense politics, gossip, and pointless violence, you should be sharpening your intent and staying calm & true to your own missions.
Don’t react to every BS; strike when the time is right
When you live with total transparency, your “enemies” list gets remarkably short because:

- You’re too blunt to be easily F’d around with
- Unless it’s constructive, you just don’t care
Once people realize you aren’t playing the same game they are, the results will speak for themselves. You superficial “friends” will auto-fade. You will reach a new level of productivity. You fear no one because you have nothing to hide. You sleep like a baby because your conscience is as clear as a Fuji water.
